We would like to introduce our "hardening welding gas and TIG welding rods" that we handle. "Hard 96" can be applied for both gas and TIG welding. By combining tungsten carbide particles of various particle sizes, it minimizes peeling and detachment even when subjected to impact. "Hard 96-IT" is dedicated to TIG welding and demonstrates excellent wear resistance due to the dispersion of spherical tungsten carbide (WC) with a large surface area. 【Features of Hard 96】 ■ Dispersed irregularly shaped tungsten carbide (W2C) provides excellent wear resistance ■ Applicable for both gas and TIG welding ■ Minimizes peeling and detachment even under impact ■ Contains approximately 50% tungsten carbide with particle sizes of about 0.15 to 0.85 mm ■ Matrix hardness is approximately HV 650 ■ Hardness of tungsten carbide is over HV 1800 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
